Merino Wool
Merino wool is nature’s best material for temperature control. We only use wool from farms that take great care of their sheep, guaranteeing they are completely certified Mulesing-free. While other brands use harsh chlorine chemicals to make their wool washable, we use a clean, eco-friendly process. This keeps the socks naturally soft, breathable, and odour-free without polluting the water.
Evapor8™ Recycled Polyamide
This is our own special, high-strength yarn made from 100% recycled nylon and reclaimed ocean waste. We use it to reinforce the areas of the sock that get the most wear and tear. It quickly pulls sweat away from your skin to keep your feet dry. This stops your foot from slipping inside your shoe, which completely eliminates the friction that causes blisters.
eco-MELTON™ Recycled Wool
This is the tough, weather-resistant fabric we use for our outdoor clothing. It is made in Scotland using recycled wool from old garments. The wool is tightly woven together to make a heavy fabric that blocks the wind and repels rain. We leave it completely undyed to show off its natural, organic colours, and it is built to last you a lifetime.
Best of all, every single one of our fibres is designed to be fully recycled at the end of its life.
