Every TEKO product is guaranteed for life against manufacturing faults — covering faults in workmanship and materials for the length of time the product can reasonably be expected to keep delivering the same performance as when it was new. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
If you believe your TEKO product has a manufacturing fault and you purchased it from tekoforlife.co.uk, contact our Customer Service team, who will advise whether it is eligible for repair or replacement free of charge.
If you purchased from a TEKO dealer, please return it to the point of purchase and follow the retailer's returns policy. Proof of purchase may be required.
The guarantee applies to the original owner only, when purchased through a genuine TEKO stockist. It does not affect your statutory rights.
